Her Process
From friction to function.
I start by understanding how work actually happens — not how a process is supposed to work on paper. I map how information and decisions move through the system, identify friction and unnecessary complexity, investigate the underlying problem, then design and build practical interventions that make the work simpler, clearer and more effective.
The Method
Each stage moves from observation to intervention, making the gap clearer before deciding how to close it. Click a stage to see how the process moves from what is happening to what can be improved.
In Practice
The method changes shape with the problem.
The sequence is consistent; the intervention is not. A visibility problem may lead to measurement and structural changes. An operational problem may lead to a redesigned workflow or tool. A trust problem may require controls, explanation or evidence rather than additional automation. Research may reveal that the original premise itself needs to change.
The objective is not to build technology. It is to understand the gap well enough to choose the appropriate intervention.
The Process
From friction to function.
Observe where the gap appears. Map where it exists. Identify which gaps matter. Research why they exist. Design the intervention. Build what helps close them. Refine what remains.
